Tenant Agreement is a major necessity when it comes to keeping the tenant and landlord relationship dispute free. Tenant Agreement
provides the landlord a sense of security with regard the use of his
property by the tenant. The tenant stands to gain too because he can
look forward to his stay in the rental unit with no unnecessary
interference from the landlord.
Tenant Agreement covers all aspects of landlord and tenant
relationships. It specifies the rights and responsibilities of the
tenant. It lays down the terms and conditions to be followed by the
tenant. The tenant must first look at the property and find out what
the facilities are. He must then negotiate and specify his requirements
to the landlord. If the landlord agrees, he must see to it that all
these are included in the Tenant Agreement. Once the agreement
is signed, it is binding on the tenant and the landlord to follow the
terms and conditions. If there is a breach, either party can go to
court.
The Tenant Agreement makes things easy for both parties. A
tenant can always refer to his rights as a tenant if there is
unnecessary interference from the landlord. Similarly, if the tenant is
a source of nuisance to everyone, the landlord can use his rights to
have him moved out or evicted. But as long as both the landlord and the
tenant follow the rules laid down in the agreement, they can have a
proper, hassle free and peaceful relationship with each other.
